About the Show
Stories, Strategies, and Skills for the Technical Program Manager
The TPM Podcast Show is a space for exploring the craft, complexity, and community of Technical Program Management. Whether you’re an experienced TPM looking to sharpen your leadership edge or just starting your journey into the role, this show brings you practical insights, inspiring stories, and tactical strategies from across the tech industry.
Why This Show?
After more than a decade in the field, host [Your Name] saw a gap: there are podcasts for developers, product managers, and executives — but almost none dedicated to the TPM. This show is here to change that. We’re on a mission to:
- Evangelize the true value of the TPM role in both small startups and large enterprises
- Dispel myths and misconceptions about what TPMs do
- Offer real-world playbooks for solving the challenges TPMs face every day
What You Can Expect?
- Format: A mix of guest interviews and solo deep-dives
- Length: 30 to 40 minutes
- Schedule: Monthly episodes to start — with plans to go weekly
- Extras: Transcripts and companion content posted online for every episode
Episodes are available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube Music, in both audio and video formats.
